Mesh Wi-Fi uses multiple devices to create a single, seamless network connection throughout your home. eero’s TrueMesh technology is designed to improve coverage and reduce areas in your home where the Wi-Fi signal is weak or doesn't reach, especially in larger homes or homes with thick walls. If you need extra coverage, you can add mesh nodes for an additional £6.99/month.

It helps future-proof your network by supporting the latest Wi-Fi 7 standard, offering wireless speeds up to 1.8Gbps and two auto-sensing 2.5GbE ports. eero 7 is designed to minimise network disruptions and ensure consistent coverage throughout the home.

eero Pro 7: Offered as part of our 1Gbps and 2Gbps packages, eero Pro 7 is a tri-band mesh Wi-Fi 7 system built for home and small to medium-sized business networks with high bandwidth demands. With wireless speeds up to 3.9Gbps and two auto-sensing 5GbE ports, it delivers the speed and reliability needed to handle your network’s most demanding tasks. eero Pro 7 also introduces advanced Wi-Fi 7 features such as multi-link operation (MLO), providing enhanced performance across connected devices.

eero Max 7 : eero Max 7 is designed for the most demanding home networks, leveraging Wi-Fi 7 technology to deliver fast speeds, reduce congestion and interference, and support over 200 connected devices. Our engineers will help you set up your router on your installation day. If you are an existing customer upgrading your router you'll need to to set up your router and any add-ons yourself. You can do this at home via the eero app.

Upgrading to eero Plus can be done in the eero app. We offer eero Plus free for your first month. After that you have the choice of paying £7.50/month for a 12-month plan or £8.99/month on a rolling monthly basis*. You can upgrade your account any time in the app or by contacting our customer service team on 01775 830 830. 

*Prices are subject to change. Early Termination Charges apply to all 12-month plans. If you cancel your Plus subscription before the end of the 12-month term, an early termination charge of £5 will be applied. For monthly plans, cancellations must be requested before the 15th of the current month to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancellation of your broadband plan will automatically cancel your Plus subscription. Any additional charges associated with your broadband cancellation can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Yes, you can cancel within 14 days of placing your order. To cancel or amend your order, you’ll need to get in touch with our customer service team on 01775 830 830.  

If your eero router has already been dispatched or delivered, you will need to return the router to us in its original condition and packaging. If the router is not returned or is damaged, you may be charged as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

The router we provide is rented to you by LightSpeed Broadband and must be returned at the end of your contract. If the router is not returned or is damaged, you may be charged as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
